How You Will Make a Difference
- Support the accounting, financial and operational performance reporting activities of ATC.
- Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
- Perform monthly review and analysis of general ledger accounts and reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
- Propose correcting journal entries as required.
- Assist in developing the talent within the finance and accounting functions.
- Assist with requests from internal or external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Maintain fixed asset system including monthly depreciation, asset tagging, capital tracking and coding, additions, and disposals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis, as needed.
You have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 Years' experience in related field
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and professional skepticism. Commitment to evaluate and challenge results to ensure the highest quality results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Demands
Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor.
Normal Office environment
Visual Acuity: Near acuity with or without accommodation.
