We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant / Customer Service Specialist in a casual work environment to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our growing company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday – 8AM-Noon & 1PM-5PM
Responsibilities
- Work with customers (in-person, phone and electronic communication) to answer questions about ATC services, billing, etc.
- Receive and process customer payments
- Process service orders in billing system for new and existing customer accounts
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update billing records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform other office duties when needed
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to multi-task
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General typing and 10-Key skills
