Position: Full-Time Customer Service Specialist / Service Advisor Assistant
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Monthly incentive based on revenue goals for each department in your location

What You'll Do:
- Maximize Productivity: Schedule shop work to ensure maximum productivity and department profitability.
- Customer Interaction: Schedule service appointments, gather customer and vehicle data, create work orders, introduce customer to Service Advisor.
- Detailed Explanations: Explain repair process and time requirements, obtain proper authorizations, and set follow up call time.
- Compliance: Verify manufacturer warranty, check for recalls.
- Coordination: Coordinate part requirements and schedule follow-up visit if necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with heavy vehicle service terminology
