ATC Healthcare Services LLC, a leading national medical staffing franchise corporation headquartered in Lake Success, New York, is recruiting for a staff accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with general accounting functions.
Main Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to::
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly preparation of royalty packages, journal entries and analyses
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Assist with annual audit preparations
- Work with the CFO and Controller on various Ad-Hoc projects
- Performing Account/General ledger reconciliations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Must have experience completing Bank Reconciliations
- Experience with Great Plains a plus
- Experience with Royalties a plus
- Strong Financial analysis skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Proficiency in Excel is a must

- Salary Range:$75,000 -$83,000 annual
