Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Departmental Analyst to serve as the DTMB-Fleet Coordinator. This role involves assisting with the management and coordination of the Wireless Device Inventory, AP Mail, and AP Statements, and providing analytical support by cross-referencing Fleet and Verizon software data with Excel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, organization, and data analysis, along with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Coordination & Management:
- Oversee and track the department’s fleet operations, ensuring accurate records of all vehicles and wireless devices.
- Maintain and update fleet inventory systems and ensure seamless communication across departments regarding fleet status.

Wireless Device Inventory:
- Assist in the inventory management of wireless devices, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and updating of inventory records.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, returns, and maintenance of wireless devices.

AP Mail and AP Statements:
- Assist with the processing and review of Accounts Payable (AP) mail and AP statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Cross-reference and reconcile AP statements with fleet-related transactions to maintain financial integrity.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize Excel to cross-reference and analyze data from Fleet and Verizon software to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, wireless device status, and financial data for management review.

Communication & Organization:
- Serve as a key point of contact between various internal departments, fleet management teams, and external vendors.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex information in a concise and effective manner.
- Provide organizational support in coordinating fleet-related projects, tasks, and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience with fleet management, wireless device inventory, or similar administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with Verizon software and fleet management systems (preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, working well under deadlines.
