Caregiver Local Per Diem Position
ATC-Northwest is hiring multiple Caregivers (CGs) to join our team in Forestgrove, Oregon.
- 21 / per hour for Caregiver shifts
- 21 / per hour for block booking shifts
- Direct care of our client's patients
- Experience in rehabilitation centers, memory care, and long-term care assisted living
We are building a team (hiring multiple people) of compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Caregiver to work in our clients' Forestgrove buildings. Our client is well known in the area for being a place CGs want to work.
Compensation & Benefits :
The Caregiver position at ATC-Northwest offers a competitive salary of $21 per hour and the following :
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team by providing essential support and personal care to patients. You will assist individuals with their daily activities, monitor their health conditions, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for those in your care.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, activities, and health status.
Ensure all care activities are conducted safely and in accordance with healthcare regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of experience as a caregiver.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a Certification for Pre-Service Dementia Care Training for Direct Care Staff
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
