Job Summary: 

As the Marketing Coordinator you will provide cross-functional marketing support to drive business performance, generate customer leads, optimize dealer communications, and plan/ execute product presentations at trade shows and special events. You will work collaboratively across the ATC organization to meet or exceed the company goals in a timely manner and on budget.


A.     Organization and creation of sales and trade marketing events - 50 % of the job

1.      Identify best trade shows and assist in the building of the ATC trade show & event planning budget.

2.      Establish and detailed trade show file with contacts, space, costs, dates, and information.

3.      Be the primary contact for all ATC events across North America and at ATC.

4.      Assist in the development of ATC dealer training:

a.      Assist in the development of ATC University events and recognition program.

b.      Assist and coordinate supporting materials.

5.      Assist in the development of ATC dealer support items:

a.      Identify and assist in the development of ATC dealer interior and exterior POS items.

b.      Brochures and Printed materials

6.      Manage the complete trade show budget to at or below plan.

7.      Bookings of all national trade shows and special events needed. Includes location, space, hotels, meals etc.

8.      Managing Retail pick up program and customer experiences at ATC.


B.      Management and assistance of Marketing activities – 50% of the job

9.      Coordinate and assist new product launches. 

10.  Coordinate photo and video shoot events.

11.  Manage and train marketing interns when needed.

12.  Manage and promote ATC gear store.

13.  Content Creation and editing for digital assets.

14.  Gather and report on market intelligence from the field.

15.  Attend and participate actively in all scheduled ATC marketing meetings.

16.  Adhere to all ATC company policies and procedures.

17.  Attend and work events for the promotion of ATC products.

18.  Assist ATC in scaling the business with expanded dealer network support and expanding distribution channels.


A. Experience: Progressive sales development experience in the trailer, RV, or related component industry; previous experience in trade show, coop or event planning, and building partnerships with dealers is required. 

B. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; will consider a combination of course work and experience.

C. Functional Skills: Consultative selling skills, strong skillset in researching, planning, prioritizing, organizing and executing; able to analyze data and build a plan to meet sales goals; can manage the event and support material programs to help in the on-time performance and delivery of the ATC sales plan within budget.

D. Technology Aptitude/Skills: Strong technology skillset in Microsoft, CRM systems and other planning programs

E. Language Skills: Advanced written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to present to groups and train others in product features.

F. Leadership/Behaviors: Exceptional customer-focus; Self-motivated, high-energy; able to work independently and within teams; strong work ethic, excellent with managing time; strong networking, negotiation, and influencing skills; conceptual and creative thinker to create synergies and strategies with dealer partners; creative/collaborative to create and share ideas that enhance the business.

  • Location: Primarily on-site (Nappanee, IN) with some flexibility
