Position: Accounts Payable
Location and Work Setup: Onsite Role at Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 4 months with extensions
Hourly Pay: $28/hour on 1099 basis
Job Description:
Accountant analyzes financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of liability, or other financial activities within our organization. Work includes general accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, quality improvement and budget functions
Duties:
- Coordinate computerized accounting system within assigned area
- Certifies the accuracy and validation of invoices by verifying supporting documentation for all expense reports.
- Works closely with Programs and Services for interpretation Department of Child Services (DCS),Travel policy
- Advises the Regional Finance Manager of budgetary issues or concerns regarding travel
- Serves as a liaison with Regional Finance Managers, Vendors, and Field Operations
- Mail room backup
Salary : $23 - $28
