Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, payroll processing, and tax preparation.
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and monitor business performance metrics.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by senior leadership.
