About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated RFP/RFQ Specialist Intern to support the development of competitive proposals for U.S. Federal Government contracts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in proposal writing, technical documentation, and federal business development.
Internship Details
- Phase 1: A 3-month unpaid internship, during which relocation (travel expenses), food, and accommodation will be provided.
- Phase 2: A performance-based extension for an additional 3 months, with a stipend of $1,500 per month, while continuing to provide food and accommodation.
- Phase 3: At the end of the internship, candidates will be evaluated for conversion into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and SOOs to identify technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to craft compliant and compelling proposals.
- Develop technical narratives, architecture diagrams, and other proposal content.
- Maintain and improve proposal templates and content libraries.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on federal procurement trends.
- Support business development efforts, including attending federal networking events.
