Atchinson Ford is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to work on-site at one of the top Ford dealerships in the nation! The ideal candidate has experience in content creation, social media page management, SEO/SEM analysis and management, and ability to edit photos and videos.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll interact with several departments daily to create content and messaging to increase leads and sales to the dealership. This role requires working collaboratively with other managers, but simultaneously allows plenty of freedom for you to flex your creative muscles. You'll be running our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and will create daily content to increase brand awareness and sales.
You'll also get to experience a plethora of once-in-a-lifetime events such as Ford vehicle launch events, the Detroit Auto Show, Bronco Off-Roadeos, and much more! Aside from this, there will be minimal travel, unless required (with plenty of notice ahead of time).

Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and distribute branded content (photos, videos, guest posts, social media posts, and more)
- Create original photo and video content suitable for various social media platforms
- Implement web, marketing and content projects from start to completion
- Create and update the firm’s content strategy and editorial calendar
- Copy edit and direct the editorial voice of the work, including the brand’s feel and quality
- Work closely with the team to generate content ideas, coordinate projects and complete content
- Understand analytics provided in GA4 and make recommendations for marketing plan based on data
- Vendor interaction
- Some client interaction
Experience/Requirements:
- Ability to quickly understand and disseminate complex information into clear, business-to-consumer writing.
- Project management: Applicant must have the skills, initiative and desire to spearhead and oversee projects from beginning to end. This includes, but is not limited to, display ad campaigns, social media ad campaigns, OTT video ads and more. Analyzing and reporting metrics of these campaigns will be required as well.
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently when necessary.
- Ability to act as a liaison across departments and with sales consultants.
- Knowledge of latest web marketing and social media content trends
Technical Skills Required:
- Adobe creative Suite
- Web experience

- Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design program
- Adobe Premiere or similar program (Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci, etc.)
