Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in technical design for a variety of civil engineering transportation projects.
- Utilize software for design calculations of roadways and site improvements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and managers to develop innovative design solutions and address project challenges.
- Maintain communication with internal teams and external clients to ensure effective engineering solutions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment across multiple disciplines.
- Participate in quality assurance and reviews of design plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Occasionally travel to project sites and other ATCS locations as required.
Requirements :
Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $71,550 to $133,650 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
