Responsibilities
- Manage the company social media accounts
- General office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, running reports
- Maintaining supply inventory
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Helping organize and maintain common office areas
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Arranging travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 or more years of administrative coordinator experience required
- General social media and marketing knowledge preferred
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma preferred
- General knowledge of CCC one
- Automotive collision industry background preferred
- Experience in dispatching and scheduling preferred
