- Collaborating with internal and external customers to craft product features.
- Owning the product vision and utilizing it to create a dynamic product feature roadmap.
- Communicating customer context and acting as the user proxy for your products.
- Decomposing product features into workable user stories.
- Continually prioritizing and grooming product backlogs for cross-functional teams.
- Coordinating cross-team delivery (Coordinating with offshore and onshore teams), managing dependencies, and defining best practices.
- Provide technical leadership for new strategies and processes.
- Sharing and evangelizing the work completed, product backlog, and Scrum team metrics.
- Driving productivity by using the latest technologies.
- Forge technical relationships with end-to-end ecosystem partners.
