RAN and Device Product Manager

As a Constant Device and RAN Specialist, you will play a key role in driving product development and feature optimization. Working closely with both internal and external customers, you will ensure that our devices and network systems remain at the cutting edge. You’ll be responsible for owning the product vision, managing product backlogs, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What will you be doing as a Constant RAN and Device?

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to define and craft product features.
• Own the product vision, leveraging it to develop and maintain a dynamic product feature roadmap.
• Act as the user proxy for your products by communicating customer context and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Decompose product features into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Continuously prioritize and groom product backlogs for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the overall vision.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery, managing dependencies and defining best practices for both onshore and offshore teams.
• Provide technical leadership by recommending new strategies, processes, and solutions.
• Share progress, completed work, product backlogs, and Scrum team metrics with stakeholders to ensure transparency.
• Drive productivity through the adoption of the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Forge and maintain technical relationships with end-to-end ecosystem partners.

What do you bring to the table as a Constant RAN and Device?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 15 years of demonstrated experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Management, and Product Management.
• Agile Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of environments where Agile processes are used to deliver development products such as business features and problem resolutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: The ability to work well and communicate effectively with both IT-technical and business-functional teams.
• Leadership & Innovation: A passion for learning and contributing to the knowledge base of your teams, along with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
