Position Overview/Responsibilities for the RAN Product Manager:
- Manage and oversee various development products using Agile processes
- Collaborate with both internal and external customers to craft product features
- Utilize strong organizational, communicative, and analytical skills to drive projects to completion
- Contribute to the knowledge of the team and foster a learning environment
- Work closely with IT-technical and business-functional people to ensure seamless operations
Required Skills for RAN Product Manager:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 15 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Management, and Product Management
- Proven experience working at a large-enterprise company, preferably within a wireless RAN department
- Strong knowledge of Agile processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
