JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a qualified candidate to support the DAS and in-building team by overseeing deployment and hard cost activities for various projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Alternative Coverage Solutions leads and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of tasks related to project deployment, construction, and integration.

Responsibilities Include

• Coordinating hard cost activities across multiple projects, including managing implementation vendors, schedules, equipment orders, and purchase orders.
• Facilitating communication among landlords, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to streamline project delivery and resolution of issues, ensuring seamless handoffs between stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of hard cost schedules, documents, data, and transactions within the database and project management system.
• Generating and disseminating regular reports on construction and hard cost status, progress, and issues to program leads and other relevant parties.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for construction and hard cost components of projects.
• Supporting leads with additional project coordination tasks as required, such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience using T-Mobile systems such as MagentaBuilt, Scopeworker, and Ariba.
