Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with high-quality talent solutions.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, and referrals to expand ATP's client base.
- Strategic Consultation : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and workforce needs to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate placements and excellent experience for both clients and consultants.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to proactively identify business opportunities.
- Sales Performance : Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets through effective account management and consultative sales strategies.
