We are looking for a dynamic IT Staffing Account Manager with experience in sales or client management-ideally within IT staffing or a related industry. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with high-quality talent solutions.
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, and referrals to expand ATP's client base.
  • Strategic Consultation : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and workforce needs to provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate placements and excellent experience for both clients and consultants.
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to proactively identify business opportunities.
  • Sales Performance : Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets through effective account management and consultative sales strategies.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job orders, and sales activity using CRM tools.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT staffing, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and consult with clients at all levels.
  • Sales Acumen : Proven ability to generate new business, manage client relationships, and close deals effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with IT and technology concepts, with an interest in the IT industry.
  • Self-Motivated : Results-driven, proactive, and eager to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills : Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client and consultant experiences.
