- Receive, coordinate and disseminate requests, both internal and external, to appropriate DCAMM staff for resolution.
- Process work order requests and tenant complaints through CAMIS.
- Prioritize, organize and expedite the flow of work including scheduling appointments and coordinating necessary arrangements for meetings and conference rooms.
- Compose letters, correspondence, reports, financial and budgetary forms, etc. Inform and interpret policies and procedures to building customers and employees.
- Communicate effectively with building contractors, maintenance personnel and cleaning supervisors.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Coordinate the handling of records to be archived including: entering the information into the system, inventorying and labeling records, preparing standard request forms and coordinating retrieval of records on an as-needed basis.
- Act as liaison to the IT Helpdesk.
