What is this role on a high level?
The Human Resources ("HR") / People and Culture Business Partner will collaborate with the leadership of Atelier Ten US to oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyze HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business goals. The individual is also tasked to provide excellent employee service on a day-to-day basis. The HR / People and Culture Business Partner will also work alongside the SJ People and Culture team to execute global initiatives and be a change agent.

What you can expect from us
Atelier Ten US seeks to compensate staff based on a variety of factors related to the role and the candidate. These factors include (but not limited to) the responsibilities, requirements, and location of the position, as well as the candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also consider internal equity, market data, and growth potential. The good faith estimate of the base compensation offered for this role is between $75,000 and $90,000 depending on the level of experience the candidate brings to this role. This range does not include the value of Atelier Ten's many benefit offerings.
