Principal Responsibilities :
The People and Culture Business Partner aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated division(s). The role acts a change agent, employee champion, and consultant to management on employee issues. This role will also collaborate and contribute ideas on complex HR projects involving employee relations, learning management, performance management, and talent acquisition. The Business Partner also develops integrated solutions in partnership with internal team members as well as other key stakeholders within the assigned department.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers, providing advice and guidance on people-related issues.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with leaders to identify and address employee engagement and performance issues.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build HR capability across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Directly supervise People and Culture Associate.
