THE ROLE
The Product Leads are the face of Atelier, and are exceptional Project Managers, commercially minded Product Marketing Managers and agile and responsive Account Managers. The Product Lead understands the customer needs and drives for results to bring products to market by driving cross-functional delivery. The Product Lead challenges the status quo of traditional manufacturing speed without compromise to quality while using an empathy-led approach to problem solving.
Experience in beauty product development is not essential but is highly valued along with a background in client facing roles.
You will be communicating directly with incredible brand founders everyday, helping them to develop new products, expand product ranges and grow their manufacturing volumes. Several of our existing brands are stocked in MECCA, Sephora, Ulta, Wholefoods, Revolve, Net-a-Porter and more.
You will be responsible for :
- Day-to-day customer management and communication with exceptional customer experience at the heart of everything you do
- Overseeing the creation of customer products from the initial brief through to production and delivery and driving for on-time, in spec delivery in a Project Management capacity
- Engaging various internal teams to execute product development and manufacturing milestones
- Facilitating customer growth through introducing new product concepts and lowering the barriers to create new products
- Assist in forecasting, forward planning to meet demand and efficiently timing product re-orders
- Trend analysis and providing strategic product recommendations to customers
