Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support internal and external client projects in Sacramento, CA. This is a long-term onsite role, and local candidates will be given top priority.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementations
- Work with stakeholders to define, document, and validate functional specs
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow configurations and workflows
- Collaborate with development teams to support design, testing, and deployment
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Ensure alignment with best practices and project goals
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience as a BSA on ServiceNow platforms
- Ability to gather/translate business and technical requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, etc.)
