POSITION : Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel
LOCATION : New York, NY
HOURS : Full-Time
COMPENSATION : Range $60K- $70K
ABOUT THE POSITION
ATG is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Counsel (GC). This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail, supporting the executives in managing schedules, coordinating key meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications. The Ideal candidate should have experience handling sensitive legal and financial information and be willing to become a notary public if not already certified.
PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS
- Manage and coordinate calendars for the CFO and GC, including scheduling, prioritizing, and adjusting meetings to accommodate shifting priorities.
- Screen and prioritize emails and other communications, responding on behalf of the executives when appropriate.
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.
- Manage and coordinate travel and travel-related activities, including hotel bookings and transportation.
- Manage and track legal spend and complete routine legal documents as instructed.
- Complete organizational and office support, such as email correspondence, spreadsheet preparation, PowerPoint slides, and maintenance of the filing system.
