ATGI is currently searching for a Clinical Functional Analyst to REMOTELY support the Department
of Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) Program, a highly visible $4.3B
single award IDIQ vehicle that provides support to the Defense Health Agency. The DHMSM program is
the DoD’s leading program designed to deploy a modern electronic health record (EHR) system across
the United States and around the globe. ATGI, with core partners, Leidos Cerner, Accenture, and Henry Schein,
will support the DHMS Program Executive Office (PEO) and the Defense Health Agency in the global
deployment of our EHR that will deliver improved system capability to the DoD whenever and wherever
healthcare is required. The DHMSM system will provide important health IT capabilities to 9.6 million active military, their
families, and their beneficiaries.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Functional Analyst will join the End User Engagement Team responsible for the clinical and business
operations workflow design, optimization and adoption of the electronic health record, MHS
GENESIS. Your efforts will support the Clinical Waves optimization and sustainment of MHS GENESIS to
support a clinically driven revenue cycle program that further supports clinical and business office quality
and user efficiency. Primary responsibilities include:
- Support key customer events including meeting setup, facilitation and content review
- Set up and monitor asynchronous workflow reviews and/or approvals.
- Support the organization and management of workflows
- Maintain content in Orange Vector
- Manage the process from workflow setup to facilitation to finalization of workflows
- Manage Feedback forms (create forms, load to Government Teams; monitor completion; provide
completed forms to SMEs). - Attend Review & Approval meetings and take notes.
- Track review and approval status.
- With SME input, manage weekly workflow allocation and delayed workflows.
- Assist the Program teams to meet all technical, financial, contractual and performance requirements
to bring about the successful completion of program goals and objectives. - Support planning sessions with optimization leaders to ensure appropriate representation of clinical
and revenue cycle team members.
Qualifications:
- BS degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance based on
the minimum of a Tier 3 investigation. Federal Government requirement. - Clinical background
- Previous federal government experience
- Previous experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Works effectively in an independent, virtual environment
