- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
- Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
