Front Desk and Office Coordination:
Ensuring the front entrance lobby remains professional and welcoming
Directing visitors to the correct contacts and assisting with office organization
General Administrative Support:
Developing skills in using NetSuite or other ERP systems
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Providing support to team members with clerical tasks as needed
