Job Summary:
Athena Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to our shipping and receiving departments, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and verifying shipping and receiving data for accuracy
• Help compile and distribute reports to relevant departments
• Work closely with warehouse operators and logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Manage the front entrance lobby, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have some experience in administration, shipping and receiving, customer service, or manufacturing (preferred but not required). They will also be willing to learn new skills and work in a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
