Requirements
What you'll be responsible for:
Driving & Transportation:
- Safely and responsibly perform school drop-offs and pick-ups
- Transport children to after-school activities
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, dry cleaning, and other household needs
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and coordinate maintenance when using a family car
- Provide after-school supervision, ensuring children complete homework and school assignments
- Help to support children to stay on-task, offer guidance and, helping to foster responsibility and independence
- Maintain open and proactive communication with parents regarding schedules, school updates, and children's activities
- Coordinate schedules with parents and activities as needed
- Oversee household organization and upkeep, ensuring common areas remain tidy
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (e.g., laundry, dishwashing, vacuuming, organizing)
- Manage household maintenance tasks, liaise with service providers, and schedule repairs when needed
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are met
- Handle household shopping and maintain an inventory of supplies
- Provide basic pet care, including feeding, walking and coordinating pet-related appointments
- Utilize technology to research vendors, schedule services, and manage household tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (proof required)
- Proven experience as a household manager, personal assistant, or similar role preferred
- Childcare experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong technology skills for scheduling, research, and communication
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Must be trustworthy, punctual, and proactive
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend support is a plus
- Flexible working hours
