Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing receipts.
- Conduct product demos for customers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Provide support with retail math calculations as needed for sales and inventory purposes.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
