Responsibilities
- Consistently provides excellent customer service to all clients in-person, over the phone and through text/email inquiries
- Educates clients on Sanctuary's services, products and treatment options
- Exudes positive attitude while working in a fast-paced med spa
- Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience
- Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and ensuring prompt delivery to proper staff member
- Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day
- Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling all follow up visits
- Intelligent booking using Millennium software
- Preparing proper medical documents for patients through EMR
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues
- Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of spa including relaxation areas, lobby, front desk and back of house
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years high end customer service experience
- 1 year medical aesthetics experience
- Must have positive attitude
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Impeccable personal appearance
- Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings and/or holidays.
- Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
