Summary
- Contract Length : 3 Months / 13 Weeks
- Shift Timings: 07:00-15:30 Hours Monday to friday. (5 Days/8 Hours )
- Per Week: 40 Hours
Mostly Day shift. Varying shifts of 8-10 hours, depending on department needs On Call: As assigned. Minimum call requirements are: - 2-4 overnight call shifts per month, call as needed by department Holiday Rotation-Expected to be a part of on-call team during holidays.
Responsibilities
- Perform scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.
- Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure.
- Directly assists operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.
