Golden Spur Grill in Columbia, SC is looking for one foh supervisor to join our 39 person strong team. We are located on 700 Lincoln St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. We believe that customer service is key to our restaurant success and we are looking for an individual to lead the FOH team. Experience required

Responsibilities

* Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise FOH staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders * Customer service: Greet customers, address inquiries, and resolve conflicts * Service standards: Ensure that service meets quality and service standards * Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures * Reservations: Manage reservations and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service * Safety: Ensure that staff and customers follow health and safety regulations * Communication: Communicate with staff and customers about menu changes, reservations, and special needs * Customer feedback: Respond to customer feedback and use it to improve service

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Strong attention to detail *Experience in a customer service or food service role *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Excellent customer service skills *Strong organizational and time management skills *Previous experience in a management role
