Athenix Solutions Group is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect in the Reston, VA area for a variety of roles to support software and data engineering with tools, culture, and process changes to enable rapid and stable delivery of applications and technologies.
Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?
- Perform demonstrations, validate designs, install and configure software.
- Assist the Sponsor in technology piloting.
- Translate the Sponsor's business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop evaluation CONOPS for Sponsor consideration.
- Coordinate and support Sponsor and stakeholder meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective verbal and written communication of technical concepts and project plans, which are key to customer buy-in and ultimate technology acceptance.
- Experience in applying enterprise IT strategy and IT architecture principles.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and development of applications.
- Demonstrated experience transitioning solutions using cloud services.
- Demonstrated experience working in Linux environment
- Junior Level – bachelor's degree or related field, and 0-3 years' experience
- Mid Level – bachelor's degree or related field, and 4-7 years' experience
- Senior Level- Bachelor's degree or related field, and 8-11 years' experience
- Expert/SME Level- Bachelor's degree or related field, and 12 years' experience
Desired Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the technical and schedule aspects of project management to assist in solution transfer planning and coordination.
- Demonstrated experience implementing software in the Sponsor's mission environment, to include security accreditation, handling of large data sets, and understanding of data policies;
- Demonstrated experience in coding and familiarity with APIs.
- Demonstrated experience with any of the following technical domains:
- IT infrastructure
- Internet of Things and networks
- Power systems and RF communications
- Artificial intelligence
- Text, audio, and video analytics development using natural language processing
- Machine learning
- Cybersecurity
- Forensics
- Demonstrated experience with strategic investing, venture capital, or startup companies.
