Responsibilities
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete
- Utilize various tools and equipment to achieve desired finishes
- Work on a variety of projects including new construction, renovations, and repairs
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills
- Proficiency in masonry techniques
- Mechanical knowledge for operating tools and equipment
- Experience with concrete forming and pouring
- Knowledge of tile laying, roofing, trim carpentry, and drywall installation
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices
- Welding skills are a plus
