Ogburn Concrete Leveling and Resurfacing is looking for a driven Vuba Foreman to lead a crew installing premium Vuba Stone systems and concrete repair products. This is a hands-on, leadership role where you'll not only ensure high-quality work on residential and commercial projects but also deliver a top-tier customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in the installation of Vuba Stone and other concrete repair systems
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality workmanship from your crew
- Operate concrete finishing tools (hand and power): trowels, floats, screeds, etc.
- Coordinate daily jobsite tasks and crew assignments
- Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction throughout the process
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized jobsite
- Use provided tech tools (tablet or smartphone) for job tracking and reporting
- Travel to project sites as needed—per diem provided for travel jobs
- Uphold a positive team atmosphere and lead by example on every job
Qualifications:
- Proven concrete finishing experience: pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
- Comfortable using both hand and power finishing tools
- Physically capable of kneeling, crawling, and lifting without restriction
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with your hands
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
- Leadership experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person
