Position Summary: The Campus Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the campus, ensuring the overall effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations. They serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external inquiries and assist with campus service planning. volunteer recruitment, and leadership. This role also supports the department through clear communication, smooth coordination, and consistent follow-through on campus-related initiatives.

 

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Agreement with ACC’s doctrinal distinctive and vision as outlined in the What We Believe/Vision statement
  • Demonstrated character qualifications of a deacon as taught in Scripture
  • Excellent written, verbal, grammar, and editing skills
  • 5 years of experience in office assistant or administrative support role
  • Proficient in Mac-based systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive
  • Self-directed with the ability to lead others and manage projects
  • Experience in building, leading, and maintaining healthy teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Experience in problem-solving and project management
  • Schedule and task-focused with comfort using tracking software and to-do lists 
  • Quick learner, self-starter, hardworking, adaptable, and appropriately assertive
II.             Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee campus service details, events, project management and general administration 
  • Lead campus-related communications with attendees, guests, and staff
  • Recruit, train, and lead campus volunteer teams 
  • Assist with department budget tracking, expense reporting, and reimbursements 
  • Maintain and coordinate the department's calendar and administrative workflows 
  • Communicate weekly with Central teams to align on updates, needs, and events
  • Coordinate and support department leaders as needed
  • Help prepare the facility for upcoming services and events throughout the week
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Hours: Tuesday-Sunday, including weekends and evenings
