Athletic Lab is hiring a performance physical therapist!
Our mission is to provide high quality, one-on-one, evidence and outcome driven physical therapy and sports performance services to our clientele who are seeking care beyond what can be provided in an insurance-driven model.
Athletic Lab’s three pillars of success are individualized care, expert knowledge combined with science-driven assessments and treatments, and innovative technique.
Our facility blends Physical Therapy services with fitness and performance training in a unique concierge model, allowing for precision in diagnosis and comprehensive treatment plans developed by an expert in the field of Physical Therapy. We emphasize education and empowerment to minimize injury risk and create long-term health and wellness. At Athletic Lab, all PT sessions are 1-on-1 for 60 minutes. Our model circumvents high productivity demands of many insurance-based models so that our PTs can spend quality time with their clients achieving the best outcomes.

Salary:
We use a tiered salary structure with a base salary starting at $85,000 for seeing 25 clients / week. If your schedule is full up to 40 clients / week (1:1 hour-long sessions) the salary potential goes to $110,000

- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current California PT license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
