We are seeking a sports minded Physical Therapist to come lead our Sports PT program. Our outpatient fitness center in Valencia is 2nd to none! We took over a full, 2 story gym and turned it into a Physical Therapists dream. With 11 private rooms, top of the line equipment, full functioning gym, swimming pool, indoor basketball/racquetball/pickleball courts: This is the facility you want to work at.
Physical Therapist - Outpatient
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an out-patient setting
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
- Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
- Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.
- Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.
