Job Summary:
Pioneer Valley Regional School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Middle School Baseball Coach for the upcoming season. The coach will be responsible for fostering skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork in a supportive and educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead practices that develop fundamental baseball skills.
Teach game strategies, rules, and sportsmanship.
Promote teamwork and a positive attitude among players.
Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Supervise students during practices, games, and team activities.
Follow school and league policies regarding athletics and student conduct.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and coaching strategies.
Prior coaching or playing experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work with middle school-aged students in a positive and supportive manner.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
