Job Summary: Pioneer Valley Regional School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Middle School Baseball Coach for the upcoming season. The coach will be responsible for fostering skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork in a supportive and educational environment.Responsibilities: Plan and lead practices that develop fundamental baseball skills.Teach game strategies, rules, and sportsmanship.Promote teamwork and a positive attitude among players.Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes.Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.Supervise students during practices, games, and team activities.Follow school and league policies regarding athletics and student conduct.Qualifications: Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and coaching strategies.Prior coaching or playing experience preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work with middle school-aged students in a positive and supportive manner.CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
