Job Summary:
Pioneer Valley Regional School is looking for an Assistant Coach for the Outdoor Track & Field program. The coach will support the head coach in training athletes and managing the program.
Responsibilities:
Assist in training athletes in various track and field events.
Provide instruction on proper techniques and competition strategies.
Support the head coach in organizing and leading practices.
Supervise student-athletes during meets and team activities.
Help ensure athlete safety and well-being.
Maintain communication with players, parents, and school staff.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of track & field techniques and training strategies.
Previous coaching or competitive experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
