Job Summary:
Pioneer Valley Regional School seeks an experienced Varsity Baseball Coach to lead and manage the baseball program. The coach will be responsible for player development, game strategy, and fostering a competitive yet educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute practice plans to maximize team performance.
Teach advanced baseball strategies and skills.
Manage game strategies, including lineup decisions and in-game adjustments.
Mentor and evaluate players for growth and development.
Oversee the Junior Varsity and Middle School programs to maintain continuity.
Communicate with school administration, parents, and student-athletes.
Ensure compliance with league and school athletic policies.
Qualifications:
Prior coaching experience at the high school level is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to develop players both athletically and academically.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
