QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of football, training and conditioning, and previous playing experience.
- Ability to work well with student athletes in order to provide a safe and rewarding learning experience.
- Previous football coaching experience.
- Ability to build character of student athletes and maintain high levels of integrity both on and off the field.
- Knowledge of student safety/health issues and a commitment to student safety. CPR certification and knowledge of concussion protocols.
- Serve as a role model to student athletes, both on and off the field.
- Ability to motivate and encourage student athletes to create a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents and staff.
