As the hub for customer interaction through phone, chat, and digital channels, our Solutions Center also drives the administration and maintenance of cutting-edge digital banking platforms. This is an in-office role where you’ll have the opportunity to provide outstanding service, handle various administrative tasks, and play a vital role in implementing exciting digital banking initiatives—all under the guidance of our VP of Digital Banking.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Champion: Deliver top-notch support for retail and digital banking through phone, chat, and ITM channels, solving customer needs at first contact whenever possible.
- Tech Problem Solver: Assist customers with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital banking tools like mobile banking, eStatements, and bill pay.
- Relationship Builder: Strengthen customer relationships through cross-selling, up-selling, and personalized referrals.
- Digital Operations Guru: Perform key operational tasks, such as reporting, system updates, and assisting with the rollout of new digital services.
