What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Inspector position at ATI?
Proven to Perform.
From the edges of space to the bottoms of ocean, our materials are proven to perform -- and so is our team. We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high. We're solving the world's most difficult challenges through materials science.
ATI is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our facility located in Margate, FL. The primary purpose of this job is to support our 3D metal printing business. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will support the AS9100 Quality Management System and perform 1st piece (first article of inspection), in-process, final, and source inspections as required by work instructions. This position will include measurements with various instruments, verification and review of order documents, and other duties as assigned. A successful Quality Assurance Inspector will quickly grasp ATI's business culture and products, have a strong attention to detail, possess strong math skills, understand and interpret blueprints, and be able to read and interpret order specifications.
We are looking for Individuals that are friendly and genuinely care about the happiness of the people around them. Someone that has a can-do attitude and asks, “what else can I do?”, a real team player who provides - and values - honest mentor-oriented feedback. We need people that take accountability for their actions and pride in their work.
