The primary purpose of this job is to serve as a leader for certification auditors and will be responsible for the execution of business strategies in support of organizational needs. This will include execution and compliance management of complex product structure, the Certification policies and procedures related to ATI product, process standardization, and ATI material compliance strategies. Individual shall also serve as a leader to assigned direct reports at our Monroe and Richburg locations to oversee day-to-day operations.

Essential Functions (other Duties May Be Assigned)

• Manage current practices and drive continuous improvement of certification process and procedures.
• Risk Management analysis of complex changes to policies to ensure compliance and ATI best practices.
• Directly responsible for hiring, discipline, training, etc.
• Management of Certification queues at Monroe and Richburg locations including batches, reapplications, recertifications, specification changes and certification profile compliance.
• Management of all Self-Release accreditations and site structuring to ensure full coverage of AMQR, DPRV, DSQR and other proprietary product release requirements for ATI product.
• Develop direct reports to achieve proficiency across assigned Nuclear and Commercial product lines.
• Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures that govern Certification best practices across all interdependent departments and organizations.
• Develop and report continuous improvement initiatives that lead to cost savings and reduced rework across all product lines.
• Structure and participate in customer audits, PSRs, SCARs, and CARs to ensure proper corrective action and customer compliance.
  
  

Minimum Job Requirements: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education Required

• 4 Years College or Equivalent Job Experience
  
  

Experience Required

• Qualified QC-19 Certification Auditor for a minimum of 3 years.
• Leadership experience preferred
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities typically required to perform the essential functions of this job.

Knowledge Of

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point at a minimum), Certification Application, LIMS and all interfacing applications required to accomplish day-to-day work activities and willingness to learn additional programs.
• Proficient knowledge of company, products, objectives and operations.
• Oracle experience a must.
• Experience in cost/financial analytics along with an ability to initiate and propose cost saving projects is preferred.
