In this role, you will lead a team for analyzing omnichannel data to create insightful reports and visualizations that showcase campaign performance, enabling data-driven decision-making for a mid-sized pharmaceutical organization. You will also define approaches for ad-hoc analytics as requested by marketing leads and deliver analytics dashboard within strict deadlines

Job Description
Lead tactical analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization, and customer engagement across digital marketing and omnichannel touchpoints.
Understand Pharma products and therapeutic areas to define most valuable actions across digital marketing.
Work closely with omnichannel marketing data team to determine data quality and standardization requirements.
Ensure data quality and completeness.
Coordinate data issues with data management team or media agencies as needed.
Ability to learn new data sets and develop expertise to drive analytical insights.
Design intuitive and impactful reports to ensure the stakeholders understand the analysis presented.
Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations to marketing lead to drive campaign performance across brands. Qualifications
Master's degree in computer science, data science, marketing analytics, bioinformatics, statistics or equivalent
8 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on digital marketing and omnichannel analytics in Pharma domain
Hands on experience with SQL and programming language such as Python
Proficient with omnichannel data especially non-personal communication channels like websites, social media, email, online video, programmatic targeting, endemic, paid search vs SEO and familiarity with concepts on tagging
Hands-on experience in web analytics, google analytics and digital media analytics.
Experience identifying key campaign metrics and building measurement plans.
Exposure to A/B testing concepts
Extensive data analysis experience and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Databricks, Microsoft Azure or other cloud technologies will be a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Educational Qualifications: -
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, marketing analytics, bioinformatics, statistics or equivalent
