Role: Omnichannel Analytics Consultant

Location: Atlanta GA(Onsite)

Job Description

• Lead tactical analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization, and customer engagement across digital marketing and omnichannel touchpoints.
• Understand Pharma products and therapeutic areas to define the most valuable actions across digital marketing.
• Work closely with the omnichannel marketing data team to determine data quality and standardization requirements.
• Master's degree in computer science, data science, marketing analytics, bioinformatics, statistics or equivalent
• 8 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on digital marketing and omnichannel analytics in the Pharma domain
• Hands-on experience with SQL and programming language such as Python
• Proficient with omnichannel data especially non-personal communication channels like websites, social media, email, online video, programmatic targeting, endemic, paid search vs SEO and familiarity with concepts on tagging
• Hands-on experience in web analytics, google analytics and digital media analytics.
• Experience identifying key campaign metrics and building measurement plans.
• Exposure to A/B testing concepts
• Extensive data analysis experience and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Databricks, Microsoft Azure or other cloud technologies will be a plus.
