Position: Senior Program Manager
Location: Fort Worth, TX (3 days Hybrid)
Location: Long Term
Experience: 15 Years experience
As a Senior Program Manager, own end to end successful execution of large multi-year technology modernization program while being a single point of contact for the client as well as CT leadership wrt to program execution.
Must have:
Product/Platform Engineering Experience. Migration projects will be advantageous

Medtech (regulatory/compliance knowledge)
Job Description
Work with client to translate program vision to software development and implementation plans
Be hands-on and drive program level activities, including but not limited to Detailed Planning, Managing Risk, Mitigation, Scope, Change & Budget, Release Mgmt.
Lead cadence and steering committee meetings with the client and have engage with client's technical and management SMEs towards program planning and realization of objectives
Define, track, and optimize program success criteria, metric and KPIs.
Liaise with onshore and offshore delivery teams and participate in work execution/delivery reviews & meetings
Be a thought partner for the client to strategize and structure transformation initiatives
Work with and integrate multiple service lines delivery to ensure customer's program objectives are met.
Work with the account manager/client partner to support account mining and identify opportunities across projects and programs based on higher level visibility and business outcome objectives
Lead and support proposal creation, estimation and planning for new opportunities and field of plays
Mandatory Skills
Prior experience of leading large/multi-year, cloud based technology transformation and modernization programs
Experience in medical devices and/or healthcare industry
Excellent communication and senior/CXO level stakeholder management skills with collaborative approach
Understanding of latest technologies including AWS platform and DevOps
Experience of Agile SAFe and industry standard program management practices
Experience of working in onsite-offshore based model with delivery teams spread across geographies
Conflict management and dispute resolution
Desired Skills: SAFe or PMP certified "
Educational Qualifications: -
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, marketing analytics, bioinformatics, statistics or equivalent
